Mom brought home some apples from Wenatchee to make and preserve apple pie filling. Unfortuantely, she'd been to busy to do it. So, Dad and I decided we'd surprise her and do it for her.

When we were done we had all these cool apple peels and Dad wanted to take the last funny pictures for Jay.
Yum-Yum! You like that Jay? You know Dad, never one to let good food go to waste! Thanks for the fun Dad!! No one does canning quite like you!
