Family BBQ

So in August, we had an end of summer BBQ at the Cook's. It was full of the usual family oddballs and weirdo's and we wouldn't have had it any other way! Let's count the ways in which our family is "special".

Here is out beautiful Domestic-Goddess-Danelle putting her watermellon balls into the watermellon "bowl". Not odd...just creative.

Here is Danette doing her Michael Jackson moonwalk impression. Someone did say that in his later life, MJ looked more like a white woman than a black man. Still this pose is unusal...

All sat down to dinner...all the plates are empty so musta' been good!

Here is Cassie and her "friend" Cory. Danelle had given Cass a set of hot rollers for her b-day so the two of them tested them out before the BBQ. We called Cassie "Prom Queen" all night. Most BBQ's don't have a prom queen so that is a bit different.
