Relasing after a GREAT Irish meal...had Irish stew, Irish Soda Bread, Ultimate Apple Cake (Irish)and ice cream, Leprechaun punch, honey carrots, green salad, and a Irish dip/crackers.
And here are the happy guys with their Ultimate Apple Cake (Irish) it was so moist/gooey I couldn't take it out of the pan. Had to spoon it!
And our beautiful Cass during a quiet moment which is rare...she took all little ones to feed horses.
