Camping at Silver Falls (Entiat, Washington).....

Jack making himself at home on Kristin's lap while the rest roast marshmellows....

Around the fire roasting marshmellows the first night after arriving...

Camp spot getting things organized for the night so the varmits won't eat our food!

Jackson and Jay sound asleep in their sleeping bags....

Jessa all snuggled in her bed. You couldn't even see but the top of her head.

Grandpa and Jay snuggling befoer getting up in the morning....Jay didn't think he would fit in there.

Jess eating her breakfast....

Just chilling around the fire in the morning dew!

Some of the creek on the way up....

More of the fall..

The trail....

The beautiful falls! They were all ready to get "showered" underneath it!

Jay and Jessa decided to go with the others to climb the 1,000 steps to the waterfall! Can't believe they did it....had to strip down some it got so hot!

Kristin giving instructions for the "treasure hunt" she had made maps, clues and trinkets for. It really did look like one and was a medium level hunt.....not to hard but not easy either!

Looking for the "clue" in the old hollowed out tree trunk.....looked over it several times!

Whoa, what a treasure chest find....all the kids going through the treasure box.

Kristin and Tom churning theirs....oops needs a little ice!

Dad and Lois doing their part....Dad really enjoys making ice cream and is right in there turning till it's done....

Churning the ice cream

Grandma Marilyn and Jessa/Jackson along the river walk! Such beautiful resting locations along the way.

Jessa loves the flowers by the river. We saw all colors but she liked these yellows ones the best.

Jessa and Aunt Kay loved looking for the pretty mushrooms along the path. Here's one under the log...

Jessa and Jackson on our river walk. Aren't they just the cutest?????

All our grandkids (and Paul) standing with Matthew and his cake. Jessa, Natalie, Anna, Ben, Micheal (in back), Matthew, Jay, Jackson, and Mark.
