HMMMMM....What am I grateful for?

Well, there are so many things this year.....

As you can see we have been very busy this Thanksgiving celebrating family while making goodies and permeating the air with those amazing holiday aromas...

We celebrated beauty and the magic of color lighting up the night by going to zoo lights and walking through some of the sparkle and glitter that decorates the season....
We experienced a sweet spiritual feast with Colton as he was baptized and became a member of the Lord's church. Here we were reminded of the love the Savior has for us.
Then we celebrated the love and commitment two people have to an eternal marriage....not because it is easy but because it will be worth it!
We celebrated each other around the Thanksgiving table and the family unit we have built over the years. Though still not perfect, the rough edges are being refined and softened. We are realizing we are individually unique which means NO ONE can take our place in the family. We are accepting the fact we aren't going to be alike even though raised in the same family. We are going to love each other and enjoy being together whenever we can. We are going to laugh with each other more than at each other....well, maybe not!
This was a Thanksgiving Smackdown on Uncle Nunny....Who do you think won! See video....Playing (I use the word play loosely) games is a favorite time for the Arbogast kids (like running with the bulls). Here we were playing "create a story" and it really was hysterical. We also played a different version of scrabble where you can go up with words and Danelle set out to beat MOM and she almost did it!!!!

Don't even try to guess what this game is all about? Let's just say Danelle and I NEVER expected this outcome. Beware the mortician!!!!
