ON BROADWAY....KIND OF!

I was so excited when Dustin/Cassie said we were going to see "Beauty and the Beast" at a theatre in West Yellowstone, the town. When we found out it was not playing till Monday we almost went home because we had never heard of "The Foreigner" and didn't want to pay money to see something we had never heard of. I'm so glad we decided to stay because it was so entertaining, funny, relaxing, and just unique (in a good way). I can't wait to go see "Beauty and the Beast" when we go back for ArboWild! Will definately be somewhere we will go often.

When you enter the theatre you see these pictures all over of cast members who have participated in the theatre over the years. It's so comfortable it's just like sitting in your living room and having a play perform in front of you. Of course, you don't have the chandeliers! LOL

Before the play itself, there were at quite a few young people came out to sing to us. Mostly broadway type love songs. Some were better than others but all entertaining.

During intermission the whole cast comes out with their famous fudge, popcorn, drinks, ice cream, and etc. to sell to the audience so you don't have to stand in line in the VERY small foyer. Is really fun to talk to them and see them up close.
This was outside the theatre where the cast was greeting the audience who had come that evening. This women was one of the leading ladies in the play but also her family owns the theatre and are also members of our church.
This was Charlie, the leading character in the play, "The Foreigner" and he was amazing. He has played the "5th Avenue" theatre up here in Seattle and is a member of our church. You know me I just had to get a picture with him.
When we came out of the theatre a gift shop next to it had this hanging in the window. It truly did say exactly how I felt at that moment!

What a fun thing -- would love it if you would do fun things like that with us who live here.

Can't wait to hear how wonderful Beauty & the Beast is!
