While we were sitting in the park and watching Little D and his friends playing in the water....these two little girls in red lace dresses show up and start running through the water. They were giggling, smiling and soooo happy. I watched them for a while and then got up and went over to talk to the father who was standing close by watching them with a sweet grin on his face. As we talked he explained to me they were visiting closeby and the girls were watching the children playing outside in the park. It was hot and they wanted to join in the fun but had no change of clothes with them. The parents decided it was more important for them to join the other children (who could have cared less what they were wearing) than worry about their dresses. He said, "sometimes you JUST NEED TO HAVE FUN." Great lesson to us all! (I did email him about 12 pics)
