Mother's Weekend

So this last weekend was Mother's Weekend up on campus. Dad and Mom came down to visit and we had tons of fun!

THURSDAY:
Dad and Mom arrived Thursday night. We enjoyed the evening with a little bit of spoiling (they brought gifts) a BBQ dinner, walk down the road, and lots of catching up. Kenzie warmed up to Grandpa and Grandma pretty quickly

Kenzie loved being spoiled and was treated like a princess ( this is a hat that is attached to a towel.. cute huh!)

FRIDAY:
We headed up to Mesa Falls for a picnic and to walk around and look at the falls.

After Mesa Falls we hung out, then went out to dinner, came home and watched "Bucket List"

SATURDAY:

Mom, Danelle, and I all went to different speakers that were really REALLY good. The boys got to watch Kenzie while we did that. Then we came home, went out to lunch for Dustin's birthday, Danelle Dad and Dustin went shooting, we all played Mexican Train, and Dad Dustin and I stayed home hanging out while Danelle and Mom went to a banquet dinner and a piano performance. After they got home we watched "Forever Strong" Yes...it was a very busy day!

She held her own bottle for the first time! I don't think she really knew what she was doing but she held it for a long time!

Then on SUNDAY they left us......Kenzie again took a very long nap! She just loves having them here that she never wants to sleep until they leave! Thanks Dad and Mom for a GREAT weekend!
